This role plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across the two core pillars of the Revolving Stream: Partnership/Cobrand and Customer Acquisition. This senior management position is responsible for driving business growth through innovative sales strategies, cross-sell optimization, and sustainable risk management What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership: Spearheads the development and execution of high-impact strategies to enhance customer engagement and expand market reach. Team Management: Leads and empowers cross-functional teams focused on partnerships, cobrand programs, and acquisition channels. Sales & Cross-Sell Excellence: Drives customer acquisition and cross-sell performance through data-driven insights and targeted campaigns. Lead a team of 5, with 2 direct reports Risk Sustainability: Ensures long-term portfolio health by embedding robust risk assessment and mitigation frameworks. P&L Ownership: Manages the full profit and loss accountability for the Revolving Stream, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Product Evolution: Champions the continuous improvement and innovation of revolving credit products to meet evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
