Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all digital/online platforms (Palawan Pawnshop-owned Facebook pages and e-commerce platform) for jewelry sales, including marketing activities. Promptly coordinate with partners (internal and external) to address business requirements and needs. Track and monitor sales performance, providing sales analysis for business growth opportunities and tactical plans to achieve the overall digisales strategy. Establish strategic relationships with jewelry suppliers (internal and external) to ensure seamless and effective sales and supply management. Stay abreast of digital jewelry business trends and provide insights considering changing customer needs, thereby continuously improving sales performance. Meet all sales KPIs for the digital jewelry business. Maintain customer relationships by promptly resolving any issues, discrepancies, or incidents reported either by Jewelry Sales Reps or customers, in alignment with sales policy. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field. - Minimum of two years' experience in sales or marketing roles. - At least two years' experience in a supervisory position. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record. - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. - Innovative and adept at performing well under pressure. Work Arrangement: - Onsite, full-time position. - Willingness to be stationed at our Head Office in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. - Expected to work 5-6 days a week. - Must be willing to travel frequently to the company's regional centers.
