This role is primarily focused on production planning, with involvement in material coordination to support smooth production flow. You will work closely with HQ, Production, and Customer Service to translate demand into executable plans while managing constraints across materials and capacity.What you will doPlan and execute production orders for new, existing, and phase-out products to meet on-time delivery requirements/targetsReview backlog and incoming orders, providing accurate delivery commitments to HQ Customer ServiceMonitor production output trends and work closely with Production to adjust schedules (pull-in/push-out) as neededSupport material planning by following up on shortages with HQ to ensure production continuityRecommend and maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service levels and inventory exposureGenerate and analyze planning and performance reports (delivery, output, aging orders) using ERP/Excel tools.What you bringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field1-3 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or related supply chain rolesHands-on experience with ERP systems in a planning or inventory contextAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reportingExposure/working knowledge of Power BI or data analytics for operational insights is an advantageSolid understanding of planning, inventory flow, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.Who we areAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.Sounds wonderful?
