- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarTech use cases and platforms aligned with overall consumer growth, lifecycle, and revenue objectives.
- Translate marketing and growth strategies into scalable product capabilities that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation use cases.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across the customer lifecycle using data, experimentation, and stakeholder input.
- Establish and track clear product KPIs tied to growth efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer behavior, transaction data, market insights, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and patterns, develop and maintain data models to predict and influence customer loyalty.
- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement product strategies based on product analytics and user insights to drive organic customer acquisition, usage, retention, referral and revenue
- Drive funnel analysis of Loyalty products to ensure continuous improvement of product value proposition and experience.
- Own end-to-end product management of MarTech platforms (e.g., customer engagement, attribution, experimentation, and analytics tools).
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to manage integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and event instrumentation across mobile, web, and backend systems.
- Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, cost-efficient, and secure by design.
- Evaluate, onboard, and optimize third-party MarTech vendors and tools as needed.
- Enable data-driven segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration across channels (push, in-app, email, SMS, paid media, etc.).
- Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and incremental lift measurement.
- Continuously optimize messaging, timing, channels, and journeys based on insights and performance data.
- Define event taxonomies, data requirements, and success metrics in partnership with Data and Analytics teams.
- Leverage attribution, funnel, and cohort analysis to measure campaign impact and optimize marketing spend.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing, Growth, and Leadership teams.
- Act as the primary product partner for Marketing, Growth, CRM, and Performance teams.
- Collaborate with Design on campaign experiences, templates, and UX best practices.
- Align with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure data privacy, consent management, and regulatory adherence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or MarTech-related roles.
- Proven experience working with MarTech platforms such as CleverTap, Appsflyer, or equivalent tools.
- Strong background in data analysis, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams in agile environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
