
PROJECT SITE SECRETARY/ADMIN

- Scheduling of relevant meetings for the team
- Responsible for the Management Team MOM
- Gather data from responsible areas for monthly reports.
- Review for common spelling errors and layout quality of Month end report.
- Work and Coordinates with Makati office for report submission.
- Manage Management actions List
- Manage filling system.
- Management of Site Meeting programs
- Manage Management purchase and reimbursement claims.
- Management of Manager Outlook Meeting schedule
- Liaise with agents in booking of accommodation and transportation for business travel.
- Do local purchasing of office goods and snack corner as may require.
- Coordinate office cleaning.
- Manage functions/celebrations.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting other staff members and departments as needed
- Perform task as may be assigned.
- Site Assignment Duration: 7.5 months
- Site Location: Bacolod, Negros Occidental
- At least two years experience
- Proficient in MS Office operations
- Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing)Character- Pleasing personality
- Honest and loyal

- Good level of communication
