- Preparation of legal documents and records management, secretarial support and office management
- Draft, encode or review legal documents like contracts, agreements, corporate secretary certificates, memorandums, forms, and other documents and papers as assigned
- Proofread and cite check documents, as well as review documents and exhibits in preparation of dispositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, affidavits, and other documents as required
- Perform records check, legal and non-legal research, typing, clerical, secretarial and administrative functions
- Administrative duties such as taking phone calls, answering correspondence and filing
- Prepare and encode minutes of committee meetings, board meetings or board resolutions
- Provide administrative and paralegal support and assistance to lawyers and consultants
- Any other task/duty as directed by client/management

- Education. Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Work Experience. 2-3 years of related experience in a law firm
- Certifications. None Required.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Business Administration or any related course.
- Preferably with Law units or a Law Graduate
- With experience in government dealings and transactions is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
