- Assist the client/client family with personal and business tasks.
- Engage in communication with biotech investors
- Support in managing the real estate portfolio
- Create reports based on financial or other data
- Sort and analyze email or other data for priorities and replies
- Manage business/family calendar
- Manage family travels plans and itinerary
- Manage social media posts for family and business accounts
- At least 1 year of experience in Reservations, Real estate, or a relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Co-pilot, MS Notes, MS Teams, etc.).
- Proficient in using ChatGpt and other AI Tools.
- Proficient in using Zoom and Whatsapp for client and internal communication.
- Proficient in using DocuSign for contracts and other documents requiring signatures.
- Familiarity with Apple products and features such as iPhone, iMessage, etc., (Nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (Nice to have).
- Familiar with the areas of Philadelphia, PA, USA, and Wilmington, DE, USA.
- Has a can-do attitude and the ability to figure out tasks on his/her own.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
