- 🤝 Work directly with the company owner on high-impact real estate campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Draft email content for real estate lead generation, investor outreach, or property owner communication
- Support outreach via email campaigns, direct mail templates, or LinkedIn posts
- Create simple branded graphics, flyers, or short-form videos for listings and lead generation
- Write clear, concise copy for marketing assets—including email blasts, social snippets, and pitch decks
- Coordinate with contractors or partners to collect photos, footage, and updates for content use
- Support inbound responses and email follow-ups with prospective property sellers or borrowers
- Track high-performing outreach strategies and iterate on content accordingly
- Help craft digital touchpoints that build trust and generate qualified leads
- Track KPIs such as email open rates, lead conversions, and CRM activity
- Organize data and provide weekly reports on outreach success
- Collaborate with the founder on improving list segmentation and messaging strategy
- Work closely with sales, construction, and real estate teams to align messaging
- Help prep materials for meetings, property tours, or investor updates
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate, lending, or digital marketing support
- Confident in tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar for visual content
- Strong English writing and communication skills—especially for emails and prospect messaging
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
- Comfortable with light graphic design and short-form editing for property or outreach content
- Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability
- Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Experience in hard money lending or real estate investing
- Familiarity with email marketing tools or property listing platforms
- A portfolio of emails, flyers, or marketing content is a big plus
- ✅ A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and your marketing/real estate experience
- ✅ A portfolio or sample assets (emails, posts, flyers, etc.)
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
