- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for SAP Business One ERP solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, operational challenges, and system requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to business needs
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-through
- Develop knowledge of SAP Business One modules such as finance, sales, inventory, purchasing, and reporting
- Translate client requirements into ERP solutions and value propositions
- Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Provide recommendations to improve business processes and reporting
- Stay updated on ERP trends, SME needs, and digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor competitor solutions and identify key differentiators
- Identify opportunities across industries such as distribution, retail, manufacturing, and services
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements
- Participate in business events, trade shows, and industry forums
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams
- Provide post-sales follow-up and support
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to support ERP adoption

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to understand business operations such as finance, inventory, and sales
- Interest in ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation
- Results-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment
- Problem-solving and client management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in Business English
- Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned within or outside Metro Manila
- Based in Quezon City or willing to work in Quezon City
