Plastic Injection FactoryTo apply, send resume to hiring@goodshepherdmfg.comJob Description Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate qualityConduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, parts, finished goods or stability samplesPerform the quality inspection process of new part and record the dataCheck fittings and surface quality of random batches of parts/finished products to ensure they meet all company quality standardsInvestigate (and correct) all quality issues and complaintsAssist to document and implement inspection criteria and procedures and maintain accurate and detailed files as requiredMonitor performance of quality control inspectors to ensure effectiveness and efficiencyWork Closely & Communicate quality control information to all relevant departmentsParticipate in the development of new product specificationsImplement quality control training programsAll other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications -Female-College Level; or Vocational Graduate; or technical course; or equivalent actual work experience-Minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field-Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisor or lead role-Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism, time management and leadership skills-Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills-Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office-Willing to work Day Shift/Night Shift-Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision-12 hrs work per day (3 hr OT)- Required Skill(s): Supervision, Coaching, Production Planning, Operation Management, Problem Solving, People Management.
