Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or related roles. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. Experience with SAP FICO configuration and implementation. Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
