- Implementation and execution of category plans and strategies
- Compliance to ERC Asset Procurement Guidelines
- Facilitation of contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk
- Contract Management
- Selection of Vendors
- Facilitation of the Evaluation of bids / tender of vendors
- Validation and releasing of Purchase Order
- Conduct of market research of vendors, market condition, industry trend, and competitive price level of services
- Collaboration with various offices in the implementation of Company Policies and Guidelines on Supply Chain Management
- Participation and support in the quality management process and programs of the Supply Chain Management
- Execution of effective and efficient procurement process of all outsourced services of One MERALCO.
- Execution of sustainable supply chain by integrating an environmentally and financially viable practices in acquiring products and services of the company. Implement the use of sustainable products and ensure adherence to the Sustainability advocacy of the company.
- Vendor Accreditation and Performance Evaluation Programs
- Acts as Procurement representative in Plant/Facilities inspection.
- Acts as member of the Accreditation Committee.
- Rates and reviews vendor performance.
- Preferably with minimum of 2 years progressive experience in supply chain management roles
- Licensed Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Ability to collaborate with other offices, business units of the organization, organizing and planning exercises and/or horizontal joint effort activities
- Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining databases and working with spreadsheets and complex models
- Has good business communication skills
- Exhibits integrity and has good moral character
- Preferably with progressive experience in supply chain management roles
