- Managing the existing and assigned claims from loss notification up to settlement in accordance with Aon’s best practice and claims standard process.
- Managing complex or escalated claims, including those in litigation.
- Ensuring timely resolution and settlement of claims based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage
- Leading claims reporting and documentation, such as for internal reviews or client updates
- Providing technical guidance and coaching to team members
- Leading monthly or bi-monthly client meetings to review open claims and provide updates
- Coordinating with insurers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders to advocate for fair outcomes
- Preparing and presenting claims manuals, flowcharts, and reports
- Maintain the good business relationship with the identified Insurers and adjusters through monthly coordination meetings and social gatherings.
- Provide support to the manager on claims advocacy, escalations, RFPs, presentations, creation of Success Stories, claims data analysis and reporting
