We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations in Bocaue, Bulacan. The ideal candidate has 8 to 10 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow.
Develop and implement accounting strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure timely billing, enforce collection procedures, and monitor accounts receivable.
Oversee cash disbursements and manage accounts payable to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Prepare and analyze complete financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Changes in Equity.
Handle BIR compliance including EWT, VAT, ITR, and related alphalist submissions (QAP, SAWT, SLS).
Lead internal controls, compliance checks, and audit preparations (internal and external).
Manage the budgeting process, perform financial forecasting, and conduct variance and ratio analyses.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records (journals, ledgers, accruals).
Generate financial reports and insights to support management decisions.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
