Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the manning, employee engagement, retention, and other HR-related concerns that will have an impact to PC business Collaborates with the Cluster Heads in terms of manning, performance, employee discipline, succession planning, and other HR-related concerns Attends to Core Business employees concerns Process admin cases Execute engagement activities Talent Management Job Specifications Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course Minimum 3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist Preferably with background in Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Talent Management Preferably with experience managing multiple branches or locations Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
