- Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and industries that would benefit from our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop customized sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Account Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed to respond to market dynamics.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Work with the AP Team to ensure systems and processes are updated
- Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software: Hubspot, Pipedrive and Microsoft Office Suite.
