Responsible of the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for the project done by his operational team.
Provide support on the projects done by his/her operational team.
To manage the Bangalore POS (Power Supply) Engineering Team in delivering the prelim and detailed design.
To challenge the Bangalore POS (Power Supply) Engineering Team in their technical choices in order to optimize the POS design.
To be the main point of contact between the external and internal stakeholders in Manila and the design team in Bangalore.

All about you (Qualifications):

Graduated from engineering school in electrical systems.
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
Good years of experience in Project Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.
Minimum 5 strong years of experience in DC Electrification in Railway Projects.
Very good knowledge of electrical installation.
Autonomy, motivated, initiative, customer oriented and interested in technical topics.
Good English communication and presentation skills.
