A Brand Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand's presence in the market. Responsibilities Conducting a SWOT analysis of direct competitors to understand their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Identifying competitors' unique selling points to recommend strategies for the brand to stay competitive. Creating a monthly social media calendar for planned postings and ensuring its adherence. Monitoring and responding to inquiries/comments on social media platforms. Developing a boosting plan to maximize advertising budget and ensure effectiveness. Managing timely payment of marketing fees by all branches. Supporting operations team in achieving sales quotas through effective project/activity assistance and reporting. Submitting regular marketing reports to monitor brand performance and project/activity impact on sales. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Crucial experience in brand management, preferably within the F&B sector. Strong communication and creative skills, coupled with a profound understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and the capacity to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Adaptability and a strategic mindset are highly valuable in navigating the dynamic F&B industry landscape.
