The Distribution Performance Manager plays a strategic and analytical role in enabling sales excellence across EastWest Ageas' distribution channels. This role is accountable for developing performance dashboards and executive reports that support data-driven decisions by Distribution leadership. It also ensures optimal utilization of the distribution operational expense budget by tracking indirect sales expenses and proactively identifying areas of improvement and growth across Agency, Banca, and DSS. Acting as a bridge between data and execution, this role collaborates cross-functionally-with Finance, Sales, Recruitment, and HR-to translate numbers and field insights into actionable strategies. The role requires a sharp eye for trends, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to validate performance against KPIs set by Distribution leaders. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Monthly Distribution Performance Reports a. Prepare distribution performance reports owned by the Distribution Strategy & Support team based on agreed timeline (ie Banca SteerCo, Agency SteerCo, Performance Report) b. Collaborate with ground sales teams, HR, Agency Recruitment, and others to gather qualitative insights (trends in recruitment, activity ratio, sales, and even competitor activities when available). 2. Indirect Sales Expense Monitoring a. Proactively monitor, analyze, forecast future spending and provide recommendation to teams in Distribution to optimize indirect sales budget (campaigns, travel, sales representation, licensing and admin) - ensuring budget adherence b. Partner with Finance (SPM) to monitor actual spending and DS to forecast spending in the succeeding months. 3. Gap Analysis & Opportunities Identification a. Diagnose performance gaps and opportunities through data analysis and provide feedback/suggestions to field team for improvements. b. Lead the research on viability of new agency houses, new distribution partnership & in gathering information on competitor's compensation & acquisition programs 4. Distribution Sales Validation a. Prepares validation report of banca and agency sales based on agreed timeline (Banca quarterly, Agency Semi-annual) b. Consolidate and review month-end for production and align for approval to the CBO, CAO & CDMO c. Prepare contention & commercial requests for presentation to compensation committee. 5. Dashboard Development and Organizational Insights a. Assist in improving distribution dashboards in collaboration with Data & Analytics. b. Maintain key distribution dashboards for faster visibility into KPIs and sales metrics across all channels. Show more Show less
