High-Performing Appointment Setter – Drive Solar Sales Through Quality ConversationsJob Overview:Join a performance-driven appointment setting team supporting a top solar sales operation. This role focuses on speaking with homeowners, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for senior consultants. Success is measured by consistent, high-quality output in a structured, results-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Follow a structured script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  • Qualify prospects based on set criteria
  • Book appointments for solar consultants
  • Handle objections confidently and guide conversations
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow up on leads
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve performance daily
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Open to candidates willing to relocate or able to work onsite in Legazpi City, Albay
  • Clear, neutral English with a natural tone (no forced sales voice)
  • Confidence on the phone and strong listening/rapport-building skills
  • Ability to follow structure without sounding robotic
  • Appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling experience
  • Experience in solar, home services, or similar campaigns is a plus
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs in performance-driven environments
Team Performance Expectations:
  • 12–15+ qualified appointments per day per setter (depending on lead flow)
  • Strong attendance and consistency
  • High-quality bookings that convert for the sales team
