To drive sustainable financial growth through developing business strategies, attracting new clients, and forging strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement overarching business development strategies.
Identify and tap into new markets, expanding the company’s reach.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with senior management to align business development with overall company strategy.
Lead and mentor Business Development Teams, setting objectives and reviewing performance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, team management, and strategic planning skills.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
