Process Excellence Specialist (Logistics - Ocean Freight)

• Drive and support operational process for efficiency and effectiveness improvement. Ensure that an organization’s day-to-day activities run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with its strategic objectives.

• Analyze and improve ocean freight workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Map and document current and to be processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inefficiencies.
• Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Support implementation of new tools and technologies.
• Monitor compliance with company global standards and regulatory requirements.

• Steer and manage local deployment projects, coordinating closely with relevant stakeholders
• Spearhead local performance/process improvement projects.
• Provide regular project status updates and gather local requirements for documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Freight Forwarding and Logistics
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project management, change management
• Hands-on experience in process mapping & assessment, continuous improvement, innovation
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change
• Ability to take ownership and proactively address topics
• Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
