  • Strategic Projects & Automation:
  • Working directly with the department lead to design and build custom automation tools for key organizational initiatives.
  • Design and develop web app forms using HTML, CSS, and Apps Script to improve intake processes for reporting and QA requests.
  • Create and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks such as data cleaning and data synchronization.
  • Advanced Reporting & Analysis:
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and interactive dashboards using a combination of Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Apps Script.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to identify manual processes and propose automation solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on the use of automated tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or development role, with a strong portfolio of projects involving Google Apps Script.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developing web app user interfaces.
  • Experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
