Location: RemoteWe are looking for a skilled MEP Shop Drawing Specialist with strong experience in mechanical systems drafting to support our client’s engineering and construction documentation needs. This role focuses on producing accurate and detailed shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler systems while collaborating with the design team to solve routing and coordination challenges.Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday)Responsibilities:

Create detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems using Revit and AutoCAD
Develop shop drawings for plumbing and sprinkler systems
Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively
Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges
Work with established templates and systems provided by the client
Collaborate on HVAC system design and documentation
Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training

Requirements

Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
Background and experience in creating shop drawings for mechanical systems
Proficiency in Revit software for MEP applications
Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system design
Excellent communication skills for coordination and problem-solving
Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Willingness to learn client-specific templates and systems
