Is responsible for handling transactions and providing excellent customer service in a spa environment.Cashiering and Payment Handling:
  • Process payments for spa services and retail products using cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.
  • Issue receipts and handle refunds or adjustments as needed.
Customer Service:
  • Greet clients warmly and assist with inquiries about spa services, products, and promotions.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
Booking and Scheduling:
  • Assist clients with booking spa appointments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless scheduling.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Update client profiles and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Retail Sales Support:
  • Promote and upsell spa products and services.
  • Keep the retail area clean and well-stocked.
General Duties:
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the reception and cashier area.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
