you will be responsible for leading our Philippines-based Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses teams for all of our Global brands, consisting of 50+ employees across all of our brands (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, YouFoodz, Factor, and GDL) . Your work will directly contribute to optimizing our Group accounting processes and enhancing operational excellence. The Accounting Shared Service Center supports the Global business by processing and settling HelloFresh's supplier invoices on time, auditing and processing employee expense claims, and helping our Accounting teams worldwide in reporting monthly and quarterly financial results. This role will be a key member of the Global Finance team working daily alongside stakeholders within our Direct & Indirect Procurement, Marketing, and G&A business functions, as well as stakeholders across the Finance Functions (FP&A, Accounting, Tax & Treasury). The Accounting Shared Services Center Lead will support teams across multiple global regions, requiring schedule flexibility to collaborate effectively across time zones. This role involves managing a large, diverse team and driving global standardization of Finance Operations processes. Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching to team members through regular 1:1s and touch-base meetings. Assign tasks strategically across teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and accountability to meet departmental goals. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple teams, ensuring timely supplier invoice processing and payments. Drive continuous improvement across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions; AR experience is a plus. Define and track KPIs and operational metrics to monitor global performance, support reporting, and highlight areas of opportunity or risk. Address and resolve high-priority vendor, system, and process escalations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and long-term solutions. Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and enhanced financial outcomes through improved cash flow, margin, and productivity. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, supporting both internal and external audit processes. Contribute to the month-end close process and ensure financial and operational readiness through strong process discipline and control. Skills and preferred qualifications 5+ years of experience in team lead or leadership roles in Accounts Payable, ideally in fast-paced, high-volume, international environments. An Accounts Receivable background is a plus . Excellent leadership and team management skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. An MBA is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating across global functions and presenting insights to senior leadership. Proficient in at least one accounting system (Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus) as well as Excel / GSheets. Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau) is a plus. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
