- Maintain the maintenance schedules to accurately reflect due dates and quantities for assigned equipment in preparation for operational training exercises supporting our external customers.
- Maintains, receives, edits, and processes work requests and files.
- Determines the nature and extent of repairs required; disassembles and examines parts and assemblies for serviceability; replaces parts and assemblies as required.
- Participate in and assist in preparation of maintenance reports and statistical performance data, when required on assigned equipment.
- Coordinate with Supply personnel to ensure adequate repair parts and supplies are available to support medical maintenance requirements.
- Use Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) computer system to correctly capture data related to maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance inspections, and emergency/urgent customer requests.
- Validates Purchase Requests (PRs for the section as required.
- Prepares daily CDRLs for inventory, receipt, issue, and other transactions as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Identifies excess Government Property in work areas and works to disposition accordingly.
- Maintains physical security, supply and maintenance management operations as it pertains to assigned equipment to include operator maintenance.
- Determines root causes of non-conformances, take corrective action and provides feedback on systemic problems.
- Primary custodian for Government Furnished Equipment and Army Installation property assigned to the section.
- Prepares and present/submit reports and briefings to management or for external agencies as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and Philippines Driver’s License.
- DD214 preferred to validate prior military training.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in logistics and supply.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on GCSS-Army (G-Army) experience.
- Display experience in supply inventory management.
- Experience supporting CDRL’s (Contract Data Requirements List), Performance Work Statement (PWS) and understand and comprehend Technical Data Package (TDP).
- Skills:
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and written.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge and experience of Global Combat System Support-Army (G-Army) and Maximo system of record.
- Must have effective communication, customer service, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels to include multi-national staff, superiors, and ranking military officers.
- Must be able to work with people of diverse background.
- Must be knowledgeable of/possesses the ability to identify the military rank structure.
- Must be able to function effectively with little to no guidance.
- Possesses excellent computer skills (MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel).
- Ability to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
- Must be knowledgeable of Key and Lock Control procedures IAW AR 190-51
- Must be knowledgeable of the supply control requirements of AA&E IAW AR 710-2 and DA Pam 710-2-1
- Must possess a High-level organizational and planning skills to ensure workflow is managed efficiently and accurately.
- Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management.
- Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
- Working Conditions:
- Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse weather conditions.
- Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
- Physical Requirements:
- Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 30 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
