Were looking for a Global PC Engineer to provide IT support for staff across multiple regions, including outside regular Philippine office hours and in locations without dedicated IT support.What Youll Do:

Install, update, and configure workstations and servers
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the internal infrastructure.
Assist the System Administrators in monitoring and maintaining the core infrastructure
Prepare and manage IT equipment for staff use.
Provide technical assistance to staff in EMEA, Americas, and Oceania regions.
Maintain accurate records of IT Assets, both hardware and software
Be on-call to resolve support cases as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Fresh graduates welcome.
Strong skills in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
Knowledgeable in several Windows OS Flavors, Linux/Unix, macOS, Android, and iOS.
Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge (routing, DHCP, DNS).
Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.

Shifts:

9:00 AM 6:00 PM (APAC, EMEA)
6:00 PM 3:00 AM (EMEA, Americas)
Work Arrangement: Full onsite work
