Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user stories and translating these to technical approaches with “Buy rather than build” mindset.
Designing transformational technical solutions to meet business requirements in accordance with Salesforce standards.
Applying design authority to solutions provided by vendor.
Anticipate implications or risks for each solution.
Ensure sustainable, scalable, best practice solutions.
Align vendor estimates for the different tasks. Challenge when differences occur. Focusing always on best cost-benefit.
Identify root cause for issues.
Working closely with product owners, architects, and technical teams to architect solutions.
Enforcing best practices and ensure the quality delivery.
Serving as a trusted advisor to the vendor.
Working collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking.
Serve as an active contributor to the team knowledge, sharing expertise.
Building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
Where required, coordinate with other architects as front-end or vendor and aligning work.
Close alignment with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the vendor.
Understand and present high-level overviews of the Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities.
Follow up plans’ commitments.
