- Oversee client engagement strategies from initiation to completion, ensuring superior service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Spearhead negotiations with clients and partners, structuring deals that create mutual value.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance relationships.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, budgets, and business models tailored to client requirements.
- Track progress, ensure resource availability and allocation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Be flexible to contribute to overall development of the company and take additional tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client relations, business development, or project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or multi-faceted projects.
- Having a growth mindset and proven expertise in identifying and driving strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, recommend best practices, and lead teams effectively.
- Experience in managing financial models and preparing winning business proposals.
