About The Role Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, start-up, and testing of rotating equipment and related mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems; supervising DIRA activities; monitoring field operations and reporting findings; acting as company representative in customer communications; ensuring compliance with ISO, HSE, and company regulations; promoting workplace safety through inspections and Stop Work Authority; and coordinating with Project, Sales, Engineering, and Workshop teams to ensure successful project execution. Main Tasks And Responsibilities Pre-commissioning and commissioning of installed, repaired or overhauled rotating equipment. If required supervise and assist with the DIRA of rotating equipment and associated auxiliary equipment according to technical drawings and specifications. Systematic trouble shooting, root cause analysis and rectification on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation component and systems with consideration on quality, time and cost. Lead for start up and testing of new installations/erections or overhauled units of rotating equipment including mechanical part, electrical part, instruments and control system Monitor field sequence activities based on agreed scope and schedule and report regularly to office. Ensure that all findings and work is clearly reported in writing. Work assignment could be at shop or field service depends on customer projects request Communicate with customer or third party on site as RES representative Ensures that all works and activities are done in line with the ISO procedures, as well as the HSE and company regulations. Preventing accident, conduct walk thru and observation. Campaign using Stop Work Authority to their subordinate when any unsafe Act and condition then record by using observation card. Review HIRADC effectiveness. Ensure working area safe for everyone. Coordinate with Project OPC, Sales, Engineering and workshop Competencies and behaviour required (What strengths needed) Team player Well organized and structured Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pro-active and self-motivated minset Multi-tasking Must have experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment Willingness to travel and work on project sites.
