- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing communication and updates.
- Coordinate work between internal PPC specialists and client teams, ensuring clarity on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review PPC reports and performance data to translate insights into next steps or strategic recommendations.
- Track milestones, deadlines, and recurring tasks through ClickUp or similar project management systems.
- Lead or join client calls to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify potential issues early and proactively work with the team to resolve them.
- Maintain organized account documentation and communication logs.
- Support the continuous improvement of client onboarding and retention processes.
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon PPC or e-commerce account management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads metrics and campaign structures.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills - must be comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving team environment.

- Helium 10, AdLabs, Data Dive, or similar analytics tools
- ClickUp or comparable project management platforms
- Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
- Slack, Zoom, and other remote communication tools
