Reporting To: Regional Marketing Manager, MeatKey responsibilities
- Setting the marketing activation plans to ensure that Kerry's differentiated propositions are clearly tailored and communicated to selected customers.
- Driving demand creation and performance aligned to the Meat strategies, channel strategies and account plans.
- Leading execution of differentiated channel/regional Best-in-Class customer experience/engagement.
- Partnering with sales/commercial to build channel marketing-to-marketing customer intimacy.
- Developing and owning a comprehensive understanding of current channel / dynamics, consumer trends, key customers positions and strategies, etc.
- Partner with regional insights team to deliver compelling proprietary market and consumer.
- Support the development of the Channel strategy by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the market, to guide “where to play” and “how to win.”
- Lead customer engagements with consumer and market driven insights at target customers.
- Preferably a minimum of Bachelors in Business / Marketing with 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Preferably have prior working experience at a B2B food/beverage manufacturer.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to communicate strategy in simple language required.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality.
- Excellent team and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization, engaging with internal teammates towards company goals.
- Willing to travel on ad hoc basis/as and when required.
