Job Description Recruitment and Selection Assist the HR and People Development Manager in the Recruitment and Selection process. Source, pre-screen, interview, and administer tests to applicants. Liaise between applicants and department manager/s to coordinate interviews, and provide updates. Assist new employees with processing of government numbers ( for fresh grads ) Ensure the completeness and accuracy of pre-employment requirements. Assist the HRPD Manager in the smooth onboarding of new employees. Assist in the reportorial requirement of newly hired employees : SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and DOLE Lead the timely execution of Probationary Employment Review (3rd and 5th Month). Employee Development and Engagement Assist the HRPD manager with the logistic requirements of employee development and engagement programs. Maintain HR Calendar of events. Assist in designing creative, and impactful Employee Engagement programs. Serve as the initial point person for employee inquiries. Escalates to the HRPD manager when necessary. Offboarding Facilitate all employee exit, either resignation or termination. Supervise turnover and receive employee accountabilities on their last day of work. Route exit clearance. Liaise between the separated employee and the Admin-Finance team for the release of Final pay. Preparation of reports related to employee resignation/termination : SSS, PHIC, HDMF and DOLE. Administrative Support Ensure the office environment is organized and runs efficiently. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them appropriately. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic). Support in coordinating office events and team-building activities.
