Role Purpose As a Digital & Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital and print assets that align with brand identity. You'll support the Senior Creative Manager by interpreting briefs, maintaining design consistency across all brand channels, and delivering compelling creative work. This role requires strong execution skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Position Objectives Deliver high-quality digital and print materials in line with brand guidelines Interpret and execute creative briefs from the Senior Creative Manager and marketing team Maintain an organised library of creative assets for consistent brand execution Ensure that all creative outputs support marketing objectives and reinforce brand identity Key Responsibilities Creative Design & Execution Independently interpret and execute design briefs aligned with brand direction Act as a visual brand guardian to ensure design consistency across all platforms Create compelling assets for various channels, including: Digital: Web graphics, eDMs, paid media, social media, motion design, and UI/UX Print: Brochures, flyers, manuals, POS materials, packaging, and event displays Other: Ad hoc design needs from internal stakeholders Edit and retouch images and assets to meet visual and quality standards Brief Execution & Collaboration Manage and prioritize design requests from the Senior Creative Manager and marketing team Deliver creative that meets marketing objectives, user journey stages, and campaign requirements Work collaboratively to develop brand-aligned materials for campaigns and product launches Asset Management Ensure all final creative files are correctly saved, named, and structured for ease of access Maintain a well-organised library of digital and print assets for internal use Format and prepare assets for various platforms and uses Brand & Quality Control Ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications Maintain design consistency across touchpoints to reflect the brand's premium positioning Collaborate with teams to deliver assets that support strategic initiatives Qualifications & Requirements Essential: 5+ years of experience in graphic or digital design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience with Figma for UI/UX and Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro for motion/video Solid background in both digital and print design Strong time management and multitasking capabilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Desirable: Ability to create custom illustrations and iconography ShoreXtra Perks: Free barista-style coffee Free parking and jeepney services Highly engaged team Unlimited potential for growth Fun and family-oriented working environment Bronze level referral bonus Work Set Up: On-site Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Show more Show less
