Experience your best self with URC! Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (Channel Strategy)! The Trade Marketing Manager (Channel Strategy) is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for his assigned channel. Through a thorough understanding and in-depth research on the channels and the shoppers, he / she develops channel strategies that encompass all the relevant categories / brands within the assigned channel. He / She collaboratively engages with the Category Strategy Team and Field Sales to gatekeeping a cohesive company plan in the channel. What are the Responsibilities 1.) Channel Champion Primary knowledge center of the channel within the team. Engages in research, studies to constantly improve shopper understanding within the channel. Regularly reviews the company performance by channel, by area, through internal, external data and recommends appropriate intervention to address opportunities identified. Maintains the collective view of the categories within the channel to drive the achievement of company channel sales metrics. 2.) Strategy and Program Creation Gatekeeps category activities within the channel by working with category strategy and field sales. Approves programs initiated by field sales to ensure alignment to company priorities Leads the team in consolidating all category initiatives (both HO and field), looking at synergies and develops the execution plan by month and by quarter. Owns company channel SMAC development and leads in cascading plan to the Channel Execution Team. Develops and cascades Perfect Store Standards for the Channel 3.) Financial Management Performs cost analysis for channel programs and initiatives. Manages/approves budgets for business development / revenue generating programs. What are the Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or Engineering Background on ecommerce Experience in account handing for national key accounts Preferably with General Trade Marketing background - creation of programs based on data Excellent presentation skills COMPANY OVERVIEW Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
