We are looking for a Monitoring Analyst to provide 24/7 monitoring and first-level support for global IT systems and services. This role is responsible for handling alerts, performing initial troubleshooting, and ensuring timely escalation of incidents to maintain system availability and performance.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network, servers, and applications using monitoring tools
Analyze alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed
Log, tag, and track incidents in the ticketing system
Perform first-level fixes for system, network, and application alerts
Ensure all tickets are handled within SLA requirements
Coordinate with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Applications) for issue resolution
Provide proper handover of active incidents during shift transitions
Follow company policies, including information security standards

Uptime Monitoring

Hands on experience in Linux Operating SystemOther Technical Skills
Knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus
Experience with monitoring tools such as:
Nagios
SolarWinds
Understanding of incident management and monitoring processes
Familiar with ticketing tools and basic ITIL frameworkQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 1 year experience in IT Monitoring, NOC, or Infrastructure Support
Experience in incident management and troubleshooting is an advantage
Exposure to system, network, or application support environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills (English required; French is a plus)
