We are looking for Architects with Multifamily & Hospitality project experience. Must also be proficient with Revit. You will be responsible for a variety of production architecture working with dedicated US-based architecture firms. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to provide construction drawings, schematic designs, design development, detailing, Revit Modeling, and BIM coordination.Responsibilities:

The ability to take a project from concept to completion for Team Captains
Produce Construction Drawings from Concept to Completion for Team Architects
Provide detailing and redlining for the design team and client
Collaborate with team
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Research and apply the applicable codes on a project-by-project basis
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
Capable of doing research on missing information/details/specifications for products, building systems, details, and architectural type.
Generate Revit models to share with the project team
Generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at regular intervals.
Ability to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Self-directed, disciplined, and dedicated to each project from start to completion

Requirements

Proven working experience in Multifamily & Hospitality projects INTERNATIONALLY
Must be a Registered/Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be proficient in using Revit Architecture 2016 or higher.
Project management skills.
Ability to put together life safety, CD’s, SD’s, DD’s, and Custom Detailing.
Self-directed, disciplined, and dedicated to each project from start to completion.
Can work within US Business Hours.

i5 or higher with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM (better if i7 latest generation/version)
Hard Drive: 512 SSD (better if 1TB) with at least 250 GB free up space
Video Card: GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (better if 6GB 3060)
OS: Windows 10 and higher

Internet Connection:

At least 25MBPS Download and 10MBPS Upload
