- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or any related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
- Proven track record in strategic decision-making and effectively leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, a strong problem-solver, and a skilled communicator.
- Recognized as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees, capable of navigating a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
- In-depth expertise in Philippine employment laws and compliance.
- Regional exposure, particularly in Japan, is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses grit, confidence, and the ability to build trust easily.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work setup.
