
Recruitment Specialist (IT, Construction and Engineering)

- Implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and market trends
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screenings, first-round interviews, and prepare candidates for client interviews
- Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process up to pre-onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and ensure timely progress of roles in the recruitment pipeline
- Collaborate with team members and support recruitment activities across different verticals, with a focus on IT and Construction & Engineering
- Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years in a similar role in an outsourcing environment.
- Experience hiring for IT, Construction and Engineering roles is required.
- Effective communication and influence at various business levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Good analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team of experienced professionals.
