Responsibilities Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure inventory is accurately recorded and managed. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve inventory management and accuracy. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure they are at optimal levels. Develop and implement inventory budget and forecasting processes to ensure that inventory is managed cost-effectively. Monitor and track inventory movement and reconcile inventory variances. Coordinate and work with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management. Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team. Proven experience in inventory budgeting, forecasting, and management. Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
