Responsibilities Participate in due diligence and financial analysis of potential investments. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify investment opportunities and potential risks. Prepare investment memos and present findings and recommendations to senior team members. Support senior team members in all aspects of transaction execution, including negotiating deal terms and finalizing legal documents. Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing support to management teams. Participate in fundraising activities and develop investor relations materials. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new investment opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. At least of experience in private equity or investment banking. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
