The project requires a lean team to manage client deliverables and closely track general contractors’ deliverables for compliance towards agreed design standards and details, agreed schedule and robust risk management outlook.The resources required need to have hands-on data centre work experience with robust technical and managerial expertise.Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:

Supports projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.You'll be responsible for:

Works with the project team to assist in the delivery of the project objectives in line with the Project Plan.
Monitors and actively engages in relevant Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards aspects of the project at all stages.
Assists in the preparation and modifications of the project plans and keeps them updated and relevant over the course of the project/s.
Collaborates with relevant parties/stakeholders and ensures robust quality systems are suitably managed and monitored in line with Service Excellence.
Attends and records relevant meetings, providing relevant parties with contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.
Partners with relevant stakeholders and is actively involved in risk management and mitigation treatments.
Assists in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within the agreed timeframes.
Assists in providing handover documentation prior to practical completion.
Understands the businesses priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data and responsible business.
Supports the project and programme management team activities relating to external / third-party client appointments.
Conducts research, analysis, record-keeping and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to delivery of project management operation.
Identifies solutions to issues that are generally defined (but not always immediately evident) and require problem-solving.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll also have:

Outline knowledge and appreciation in specific sector/market of project/role.
Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio/s.
Appreciation of Health and Safety Executive (HSE) rules and specific sector/market regulations relevant to project portfolio.
Outline knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure and property sectors/markets.
Appreciation of estimating, scheduling, contracts administration, procurement, commercial controls and reporting.
Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a
demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
