Job Title Portfolio AnalystJob Description Summary As part of transactions management, the person will need to oversee the following – Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Relocations, Lease Administration / Information Management.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

Provide analytical support on portfolio performance planning.
Support liaison with local execution teams.
Monitor portfolio performance and conduct budgeting and projections.
Perform cashflow/investment analysis. Tracking of revenue pipeline and billing
Prepare and develop relevant and applicable real-estate portfolio management reports - cost models, negotiation tracker, transaction term sheet, project authorization form, closeout checklist. Collation of market reports from local brokers as required.

About You:

Held previous role(s) with in business administration.
Previous experience with building industry desirable.
Solid understanding of corporate systems (eg: Workday, JDE, SAP, Engage2).
Advanced competency with MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
Intermediate competency with MS Excel.
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
