Job Purpose
Briefly outline the reason for the existence of this role and how it contributes to the overall mission/goal of the organization.To support Marine Superintendents in addressing operational and technical concerns, overseeing the maintenance, and reviewing QHSE-related documents and other vessel documentation.Ensure efficient record-keeping, documentation, and the prompt organization of inspections to meet client satisfaction and adhere to company policies.Key Result Areas
– Monitoring Vessel Operations
– Managing QHSE Documentation (monthly vessel reports)
– Documenting Voyages
– Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
– Compiling Monthly Reports (MR)
– Timely Execution of Assigned Tasks
– Compiling Owners’ Monthly Reports
– Conducting Port State Control (PSC) Checks
– Monitoring Shippalm System
– Updating Q88
– Facilitating External Audits
– Coordinating Flag State Inspections
– Organizing Third-Party Inspections
– Managing Hot Work and Risk Assessments from vessels
– Following up on campaigns sent to vessels
– Overseeing Vessel Takeover Processes
– Processing Eye-share Invoices for FSI, external audits, voyage documents, and othersCritical Tasks

– Bachelor of Technology Graduate
– 5 years of experience in a ship management companyCompetencies
