Job DescriptionMANAGER, TRANSACTION SERVICES: ADVISORY (MANAGER, GRADE)The shared services center was established to provide professional services to support member firms in the Asia Pacific, Americas, and European regions only, excluding clients registered and based in the Philippines.The center is staffed by specialised professionals connected through common methodologies, tools and metrics. This strategy is designed to ultimately increase value for our clients and their member firms through improved productivity, enhanced quality and lower cost of delivery.POSITION / ROLE SUMMARYTransaction Services (TS) team assists engagement teams in the company network in financial due diligence on behalf of Private Equities and Corporate clients. We thoroughly assess a target company's finances, consider the opportunities and risks, and identify potential deal issues; when working with vendors, assess their businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions; deliver concise, deal issue-oriented reports and data books to the clients which highlight the key findings from the due diligence, and suggest how such findings should be incorporated into the client's valuation model and transaction agreements.REPORTINGThe role will report to the Associate Director, TS.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology alongside the European engagement teams
Analyse financial statements and identify trends of target companies
Elaborate deliverable reports with financial insights for corporate clients and Private Equities.
Expected to take managerial responsibility for multiple engagements and work under tight deadlines
Contribute to the development growth of the Transaction Services and develop the career of junior team members.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducation: Above average bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics

More than 5 years of related work experience (Advisory, M&A, Corporate finance, Financial Due Diligence, Consulting, Accounting, etc)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
Ability to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses
Team player with the ability to engage in international teams
Advanced skills in. MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong financial skills
Experience in consulting, preferable related to transactions(e.g. M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out)
Understanding of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
