Department: Planning & Construction Job Summary: The CAD Operator will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. The CAD Operator will have a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to bring projects to completion. Responsibilities: Produce rough sketches and use CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, as-built plans, and blueprints Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements. Interpret sketches, rough drawings, and specifications to create precise CAD drawings. Make necessary adjustments to drawings as directed by project managers or senior team members Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, or any related field Open to fresh graduates. Knowledge of engineering practices and methods Ability to read and understand construction plans Knowledge of/skills in CAD software Attention to detail
