Regular Hours:
- Thursday - Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (US Work Hours)
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (If a holiday falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday, the preceding Monday will be observed as a day off.)
- Prepare and format photos and videos for advertisements.
- Ensure all media meets quality and presentation standards.
- Organize and manage media files efficiently.
- Utilize Photoshop to run scripts and identify opportunities to streamline the editing process.
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements.
- Refine, compile, and finalize video advertisements.
- Identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in the listing management system and ad production process.
- Manage and boost Facebook posts daily within the allocated budget.
- Manage email inboxes by promptly responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Leverage creativity to produce engaging content for social media.
- Contribute to video creation, graphic design, caption writing, and brainstorming sessions for campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into content strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in content creation and social media management (preferred).
