JOB OVERVIEWOverviewWe are seeking motivated and skilled Project Managers to join our team. The role will be divided into two levels:Senior Project Manager - experienced, able to lead projects, document processes, and train junior staff.Junior Project Manager (Entry-level) - focused on learning, supporting, and gradually managing projects independently under guidance.This role works closely with company leadership to ensure smooth project execution, team coordination, and process improvement.Working hours is 2PM onwards PH TimeKey ResponsibilitiesSenior Project ManagerOversee project planning, execution, and delivery.Create video documentation and training materials for each project process.Train and mentor Junior Project Managers and Personal Assistants (PAs).Collaborate directly with management to align on goals and strategies.Track progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.Junior Project ManagerSupport the Senior PM and management in project coordination.Follow training and gradually take over assigned projects.Assist with scheduling, reporting, and task delegation.Maintain communication with tea mbers and stakeholders.Learn and apply company systems, tools, and workflows.RequirementsSenior Project ManagerMinimum 3-5 years of project management experience.Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Comfortable with documenting processes via video and written guides.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Junior Project Manager25 years old or above (open to motivated younger applicants with strong potential).Strong willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow instructions and take ownership of assigned tasks.INTERESTED APPLICANTS PLEASE SEND MESSAGE TO in telegram.
