- Regularly clean, organize, and validate data across multiple platforms (Clockify, HubSpot, ClickUp, and others).
- Identify and correct discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor profitability and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to operations, productivity, and efficiency.
- Assist in developing ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
- Help design and update dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize business performance.
- Provide clear data summaries and insights for team presentations and client updates.
- Support ongoing BI projects by collecting, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
- Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of data documentation, standard operating procedures, and reporting templates.
- Assist account managers in preparing client-facing reports and presentations.
- Help maintain accurate client data in HubSpot and ensure timely updates on project progress.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics for client accounts.
- Support communication with clients by providing data-driven insights for check-ins and strategy sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and reported accurately.
- Help organize and streamline workflows in ClickUp and other task/project management systems.
- Participate in routine operational reviews and provide insights from data.
- Support internal audits of system usage, time tracking, and process compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, marketing, account management) to provide data support.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to propose data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on business intelligence best practices and share learnings with the team.
- Intern or fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as Clockify, HubSpot, or ClickUp (training will be provided).
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and BI concepts (dashboards, KPIs, metrics).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with account managers and clients.
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn and apply business intelligence processes.
